Online shops and customer portals
Before building a shop, we discuss products, stock, orders, delivery areas and payment options. A customer portal needs its own account roles and tasks. Payment connections depend on the provider, account approval and access to the required APIs; they are tested separately from the page design.
Search, hosting and handover
Readable content, descriptive page titles, accessible navigation and a sitemap belong in the website plan. We also agree who will manage the domain, hosting, backups and future updates. A new website and an ongoing maintenance service have different responsibilities, so both need to be clear in the quote.
Built for customers in Uganda
Most visitors in Uganda arrive on a phone, often on mobile data, so pages should load quickly and keep the important details close to the top. A WhatsApp button, a clear phone number and directions to your location help people contact you in the way they already use. If you publish prices, show them in UGX. TFast integrates Pesapal and Flutterwave, so your customers can pay with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money or cards through those gateways. Your business needs its own merchant account with the provider, and the provider must approve it before live payments start.
