Standard terms preview. Prepare an agreement to record your template and customer details. Signing does not authorise a charge or unlock downloads.
1. Agreement and scope
This agreement covers the named HTML website template for one customer and one live website. The signed purchase schedule identifies the template and template-only price. It becomes effective only after TFAST accepts the order in writing, confirms distribution rights and verifies payment. Signing alone does not trigger a charge, delivery or an approved order. Any changed price or scope requires a new agreement accepted by both parties.
2. One-time template payment
The template licence is a one-time payment in Uganda shillings (UGX). It is not a hosting subscription. Hosting rental, domain registration and renewals, paid integrations, third-party services, taxes where applicable and additional services are separate. TFAST must state the final total and any applicable taxes in the written order before payment.
3. Licence and no resale
After acceptance and verified payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the supplied template for the single website identified in the order. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, sharing the source package, uploading it to marketplaces or template libraries, and using it to deliver websites to other clients are prohibited. A second website needs a separate licence. No ownership of TFAST or third-party template intellectual property transfers.
4. Copyright and footer credit
The customer must keep the supplied TFAST copyright and developer credit visible at the bottom of the website, including its attribution link. It must not be removed, hidden, made unreadable or replaced. Existing third-party licence notices must also remain. The customer retains ownership of its own brand, text, photographs and other original content; TFAST credit does not claim ownership of those materials.
5. Six months of included support
Six calendar months of support begin on the documented handover date, recorded by TFAST and sent to the customer. Included support covers guidance on the delivered template and investigation and correction of reproducible defects in the delivered, agreed scope. Contact tfastdigital256@gmail.com or +256 751 399620. Support is handled during agreed business hours; no continuous monitoring, guaranteed response time or 24-hour service is included unless separately agreed.
6. Support exclusions and expiry
Included support does not cover new features, redesigns, content entry, new pages, SEO campaigns, hosting administration, backups, third-party outages or changes, malware recovery, or faults caused by customer or third-party modifications. TFAST will explain whether a request is included before starting chargeable work. After six months, continued support or maintenance requires a new quotation. No automatic support renewal charge applies.
7. Customisation and new features
Basic template customisation is separately quoted at UGX 70,000–150,000 according to the approved scope. This range is not permission to charge an unspecified amount. The exact fee, deliverables, revision allowance and timing must be accepted in writing before work starts. Custom features, integrations, complex changes and work outside that scope receive a separate quotation and may exceed this range.
8. Hosting choice
The customer may buy suitable hosting directly or request separately priced hosting rental from TFAST. Hosting is not included in the template payment. Any TFAST hosting offer must specify its fee, billing period, renewal date, resource limits, backups, migration, cancellation and suspension terms before acceptance. No hosting rental starts and no recurring charge is authorised by signing this agreement alone.
9. Domain names
The customer purchases and renews its own domain name and is responsible for its cost and expiry. The domain should be registered in the customer’s name using an account it controls. Any registration assistance or DNS setup must be agreed separately. TFAST does not acquire ownership of the customer’s domain.
10. Customer responsibilities and handover
The customer supplies accurate content, lawful media, brand assets and required account access, and confirms it has permission to use them. Do not send passwords or payment credentials in the agreement. Delivery dates depend on the written scope, payment and timely customer materials. TFAST supplies only the files and services stated in that scope; a static HTML template does not include a production backend or live payment service unless explicitly quoted. The customer reviews delivery and reports defects promptly; silence does not waive mandatory legal rights.
11. Third-party assets and services
Fonts, photographs, plugins, payment processors and other third-party components remain subject to their own licences and terms. Only assets that TFAST is entitled to supply may be delivered. The customer is responsible for any separately identified third-party subscriptions and transaction fees. Demo content and screenshots do not establish a right to redistribute an asset.
12. Cancellation, refunds and remedies
Before work or delivery, the parties will confirm any cancellation terms in the written order. The customer may report non-delivery, material defects or a product materially different from the agreed scope and request an appropriate remedy. Refunds, repair and cancellation rights required by applicable law are preserved; this agreement does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or waive those rights. Payments are not treated as received until independently verified.
13. Privacy and electronic records
TFAST records the agreement text, customer details, account identifier, signature declaration, consent, document fingerprint and signing time to administer the order, handle support and keep evidence of the agreement. A copy is stored privately for the customer and authorised TFAST staff, and sent to tfastdigital256@gmail.com. It is not published or used as marketing consent. The customer may contact that address about access, correction or other applicable data rights. Email delivery status is separate from successful saving.
14. Changes, breach and disputes
Changes to an executed agreement need both parties’ written acceptance. For a material breach, the affected party should give written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it, except where urgent legal or security action is required. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through direct discussion. Uganda law applies, subject to mandatory protections, and unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent Ugandan court. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or guarantees search rankings, uninterrupted third-party services or business revenue.
15. Electronic signing and agency acceptance
By entering the full legal name and confirming the signature declaration, the signatory intends to sign this exact version electronically and confirms authority to act for the named customer. This is an account-based electronic acknowledgement, not a certified or advanced digital signature and not independent identity verification. The signed record is awaiting TFAST review until TFAST separately accepts the order in writing. The customer can download and print its copy.
